Refund Policy
Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once downloaded or accessed, they cannot be "returned." By completing a purchase on sell.fun, you acknowledge this and consent to immediate delivery.
Default Policy
During the paid beta, refund requests are support-reviewed for 7 days after purchase. Digital goods cannot be returned after download, but sell.fun will review delivery failures, materially inaccurate listings, harmful files, and unauthorized charges.
When Refunds Are Required
Regardless of a Seller's policy, you are entitled to a refund if:
- Non-delivery: The product was not delivered (broken download link, missing file, no access granted).
- Materially different: The product is substantially different from its listing description.
- Harmful content: The product contains malware or harmful code.
- Unauthorized charge: The purchase was made fraudulently without your consent.
Contact support@sell.fun within 7 days of purchase with your purchase email and a description of the issue.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks for products that were successfully delivered may result in account suspension. Sellers with high chargeback rates may have payouts held.
Where we operate
During our paid beta, sell.fun is available to buyers located in the United States only. Purchases from other regions may be blocked.
EU/UK Buyers
If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because digital content is delivered immediately, that right is lost only where, before delivery begins, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right — captured by a separate confirmation at checkout. During the current United States–only paid beta, the Services are not offered to EU/EEA or UK consumers.
